Marketing and Brand Manager

As the Marketing and Brand Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating and executing campaigns that drive our industry forward. You’ll work closely with our General Manager of Media, Content & Communications, and lead our graphic design team to ensure our brand shines across all platforms.
Here’s what a typical day in the role might look like:
- Develop marketing communications plans that align with our business goals.
- Collaborate with sub-brand teams and departments to craft and execute marketing strategies.
- Coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns with our in-house team, from ATL and BTL advertising to digital marketing, social media, graphic design, PR, and content.
- Lead the graphic design team in managing and maintaining our local brand identity.
- Create briefs for external suppliers, including creative, media, and PR agencies.
- Oversee the production of engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Manage the development and distribution of promotional and advertising materials.
- Liaise with vendor partners, such as marketing agencies, media buyers, and PR agencies.
- Host regular meetings with internal teams to align on content schedules, including planning for filming and media production.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our clubs' marketing efforts across the state. One day, you'll be flexing your creative muscles to whip up engaging content for an upcoming event, and the next, you'll be teaming up with our design team to create eye-catching graphics and promotional materials. You’ll schedule social media content, dig into website analytics, and take on fun projects that keep things exciting.
Here’s what a typical day in the role might look like:
- You’ll jump in to create engaging content for our digital platforms, like social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- You’ll help manage our social media channels by scheduling content, interacting with our audience, tracking performance, and sharing ideas to make our posts even better.
- You’ll also provide support by organising meetings, briefing both internal and external teams, and coordinating all the marketing materials and supplies we need.
- You’ll work closely with our clubs to make the most of our ticketing platform and provide ongoing support and training with the help of a third-party vendor.
- You’ll be involved in planning and executing fun promotional activities that boost engagement and attendance at our events.
- You’ll team up with different stakeholders, including our internal teams and external partners, to get everyone on the same page with our marketing strategies and campaigns.
- You’ll whip up marketing materials using design software and work alongside the design team to create eye-catching content.
- And, you’ll keep an eye on the numbers by tracking website traffic, social media interactions, and the performance of our email campaigns.
