If you are attending the races, hats and fascinators are a must.
Your headpiece could be a large work of art and the centrepiece of your outfit, or a subtle flower in the hair to complement your dress.
Either way, if you are not wearing a fascinator to the races then what other opportunity will you have to wear one?
